Fee Refund Policy

Understand Your Eligibility for Fee Refunds

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has circulated the revised National Fee-Refund Policy for Higher Education Institutions in Pakistan, updated in 2024.
  1. Admission Fee:
    The admission fee is non-refundable in any case.
  2. Security deposit:
    Security deposit is refundable at the time of completion of degree or closing of admission subject to clearance.
  3. Tuition Fee/Exam Fee/Document Verification Fee/Enrolment Fee/Extra Curricular Charges:
    Tuition Fee/Exam Fee/Enrolment Fee/Extra Curricular Charges is refundable in accordance with the guidelines of Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  4. Commencement Of Classes:
    Please note that the below said policy will be applicable from the commencement of classes. Days shall be counted including working days and holidays.
  5. Pending Results:
    The same policy will apply to candidates offered admissions with pending results as well as in the event of any issues arising in the HSC/A-Level/Equivalent results after the commencement of classes.

Upto 15th day of commencement of classes 80% fee refund
Upto 20th day of commencement of classes 60% fee refund
Upto 30th day of commencement of classes 50 % fee refund
31st day onwards of commencement of classes No Refund
